Payment can be made through PAYPAL's secure online payment with either credit or debit cards.You do not have to open a PAYPAL account, simply follow the on-screen instructions at the checkout.

When you purchase products from Clearlite Lamps on the internet your details are safeguarded and will not be passed onto any third party. You will never receive any unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Clearlite.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your purchase, please notify in writing (address on all packaging) within 7 working days after receipt. Then return the goods to us in its original condition and the packaging and on receipt of this we will refund your money.

Please note you are responsible for the safe return of the goods and the cost of the return delivery.

Please contact us within 3 working days of delivery to inform us of faulty or defective goods.Any complaints please contact us at mdh@clearlitelamps.comand we will deal with your complaint in a fair and responsible manner.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by the terms of any contract.

Clearlite cannot under any circumstances be responsible for any consequential loss and is not liable for any delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control; e.g. strikes,terrorist acts,natural disasters, government or regulatory action, war,supplier/transport/production problems.
